This weekend was world class. The bride and groom are local and knew all the sweet spots they wanted their out-of-town guests to experience. The ceremony at the downtown city/county plaza made for a festive start to the day. Guests then loaded on to the big purple Lazoom bus for a custom city tour of Asheville while the couple captured some alone time and a downtown photo session. An intimate dinner in Rhubarb’s private space featured a uniquely curated menu from the fall/winter bounty. Fast forward to the next day….featuring the grand celebration of this happy couple! All of the local flare was showcased by Hickory Nut Gap Farm. Guests enjoyed apple cider slushies made from local apples while they watched the choice HNG meats smoking on the grill. The big barn housed a magical smorgasbord of goodness, details and smiles, featuring local bluegrass band Unspoken Tradition. We call this the perfect weekend in the mountains!
