Cassie and Julia are two super creative girls with a knack for design that really came through in the details on their wedding day. It was no wonder then that they chose Pine Hollow to celebrate their special day. Pine Hollow is a timber framed retreat nestled in the mountains that boasts waterfalls, a tranquil pond, an amazing great room fireplace, and tons of peacefulness and serenity. Cassie and Julia wanted to create a romantic and inviting feeling for their guests, while also showing off their personal style. Their color palate was soft and sweet, using pinks and greys to wrap their guests in warmth and love. The details of their day were very creative, including up-cycling wood and vintage pieces to create signs for their guests. The brides table featured a shabby chic, farmhouse table and vintage, suede, high back chairs. Cassie and Julia walked down the aisle to an original The Moon and You song entitled “Coffee Song.” Guests were provided with cozy blankets to keep warm while sipping on Cassie and Julia’s signature cocktails of elderflower peach champagne and mint and lime infused water. Just as unique as the cowboy boots and Toms that Cassie and Julia wore under their dresses was the ultra rootsy, authentic singing and vocal harmony of the band Tellico that kept guests on their feet. The night ended with everyone making wishes for the brides in lanterns and setting them off into the night sky to come true. A beautiful way to end a beautiful day.
